It was a less than perfect start with the weather being absolutely terrible but this did not fase the Leighton buzzard U7s.

We just about managed to have enough players to put together two teams an A and B with no subs to spare so the pressure was on. Both teams had a good start with the B's being narrowly defeated in there game and the A's winning thiers with a last minute winner.

Both teams played some brilliant Rugby with great tries being scored by both. To see how much the U7's had developed both as individuals and as team mates was great to see with intuitive linking play and support coupled with great vision leading to well fought for tries. In the end I feel that Leighton Buzzard fully deserved there win at Aylesbury which was only topped by being able to met the great Lawrence Dellaglio and it is a fitting end to a great season.

All who played should be proud of there performances as I am and am sure all the parents are well done boys.
