Notice of 59^th Annual General Meeting 2016

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the above-named company will be held at the clubhouse on Wednesday 15^th June at 7.30 p.m. for the following purposes:

1. To receive and adopt the company’s accounts and reports of the auditors for the period ended 30^th April 2016.
2. To receive the report from the Chairman on the activities of the Club.
3. To approve the appointment of Life Members.
4. To approve the election of Vice-Presidents.
5. To approve the Subscriptions for the forthcoming season.
6. To appoint the Club’s auditors.
7. To elect Officers of the club for the period 2016/2017, including:
   1. President
   2. Chairman
   3. Secretary
   4. Treasurer
   5. Bar Secretary
   6. Director of Rugby
   7. General Committee members
   8. Company Directors
8. To agree the date of the next Annual General Meeting.
9. To consider any other business (to be notified to the Company Secretary at least 24 hours prior to commencement of the meeting)
