Covid -19 Guidelines

Leighton Buzzard Rugby Football Club

A warm welcome to the Club. Please ensure that at least one member of your party is registered.

You can order food to be delivered to the club if you want. Families are welcome

We would be grateful if you could comply with the following: –

Clubhouse

  • Please enter and leave the clubhouse using the one way system that is clearly marked
  • When entering the clubhouse you are required to wear a mask
  • 2 metre distancing

Clubhouse tables

  • Please only sit at a table displaying a Green tick to show it has been sanitised.
  • Please sit at your table of 6. Please do not change tables or move furniture
  • You can remove your mask when eating and drinking
  • When standing or going to use the facilities, please wear your mask
  •  Please respect other members and their guests and adhere to the social distancing guidelines. 2 metre distancing
  • Please turn over the card on the table to show the Red cross when you are vacating the table so that the staff know the table must be sanitised before it can be used again.

Track and Trace

  • The QR codes are available for your use, there is also a paper register if you cannot use either QR Code.
  • All visitors whether members or guests must leave a name and number when entering the grounds or clubhouse
  •  Please respect other members and their guests and adhere to the social distancing guidelines. 2 metre distancing

Changing Rooms and Showers

  • These remain out of bounds and must not be used

Bar service.

  • Bar Closing – see website for details of opening hours.
  • If there are specific events and the bar needs to be open longer or on a specific day, please contact Dave so he can arrange appropriate staff, food and drink. The times can be extended.
  • In any event , the bar will be closed and locked up by 9.30pm.
  • The preferred method of payment is contactless card.
  • For ordering of drinks, please note this is full table waiter service. You cannot queue at the bar.

Outside – Spectators / Coaches / Players

  • 2m social distancing still applies to both spectators and players when not playing
  • Rule of 6 also applies – please stay in your pods of 6 when outside

As members or guests please find it your duty to follow the guidelines and to help others to do so. Compliance with these guidelines is enabling us to to enjoy the Club facilities and play and train for Rugby.
