Our club volunteers cover all aspects of club management from governance, playing matters, maintenance through to ensuring we get a team out at every level

Please complete the form below to nominate your volunteer for the club.

Nominations are based on the ‘growth of the game’ and your nominated volunteer could fit this brief through providing opportunities for adults and children to watch, train and play rugby. They may be part of the team management, coaching or first aid. Your nominated volunteer may contribute towards promotion of the club by bringing in support to the club through financial or resource that contributes toward day to day running and membership benefits. Your nominee maybe one of the administrative workforce who work behind to scenes to ensure we continue to adhere to RFU codes of good practice, governance and finance.

You can nominate more than one volunteer. Please do and help us to say thankyou to our valuable workforce.

All volunteer nominations we receive will be sent onto the East Midlands and the RFU for Local CB and National recognition awards alongside our own club recognition.

Describe how your nominated Volunteer has contributed towards to the growth of the game? *

When we refer to Growth of the game, your nomination maybe in relation to your volunteer providing opportunities for Adults and Children to train and play through being present, providing facilities, time and a safe, fun environment. Your volunteer may contribute toward promotions of the club, of bringing support to the club through supporter / membership benefits from external resource or your volunteer maybe continually supporting the day to day running of the club.

Leighton Buzzard RFC relies heavily on Volunteers, is there anything you think you could do to support recruitment and retention of volunteers?

We welcome feedback from anyone able to support recognition awards, skills development or additional support to current volunteers to help share the workload on the short or long term basis
