Leighton Buzzard RFC

is easy

All members have to join via the RFU Game Management System ( GMS). This is a requirement of the RFU and members. parents or guardians are now responsible for the data held on GMS rather than the club keeping information up to date.

To this end, every mini and junior member, including colts, now need to affiliate to the club on joining and then re-affiliate on GMS every year. This replaces the previous registration system but all MJ players are required to have an affiliation. Full instructions on how to affiliate or re-affiliate can be found here

Once you become a member on GMS we will issue you with a membership card which gives you discounts at the bar.

As a club we use Spond for communicating for each team and match availability and changes. Please see your coach to get the code to join Spond. Instructions are available  here

How to join Leighton Buzzard RFC on GMS

Step 1: If you do not have an  RFU account on GMS Go to

https://gms.rfu.com/GMS/Dashboard/Organisation/1209

if you already have an GMS RFU account go to GMS and log in then follow step 3 

Step 2 : Create an account by following this video

Once you have created an account you can add your child or children . Click on the button to play the video

Step 3: You can now buy a membership of Leighton Buzzard RFC on GMS. The following video shows you how. Note that the new membership rates will be shown on GMS.

Step 4: You can now register either yourself, as a new player and/or your child . Note all players adult and children need to be registered to play at Leighton Buzzard RFC.

If you are transferring from another club you need to contact the registrar to complete a transfer email rugby@buzzardrugby.co.uk
