Vice Presidents

For those who already enjoy the benefits and advantages of being a “VP” of The Buzzards, we are very grateful for your continued membership and thank you for both your financial support and visits to the Club, whether to follow the sporting activities or to attend other events during the year – your presence is very much appreciated and we hope to welcome as many as possible back to Wright’s Meadow before long, as personal circumstances permit, during these exceptional times.

And for those still considering which type of membership best meets your personal needs, in addition to the chance to catch up with old friends or perhaps teammates from ‘yester-year’, becoming a Vice President is straightforward, just pick up a Membership Application form, available at the Clubhouse.

As a VP, your membership brings you the following:

• Voting Rights at the Club’s Annual General Meeting (or any Extraordinary General Meeting)
• Opportunity to apply for match tickets for England International Tickets each season
• Use of the Club’s gymnasium
• Member’s discount on your bar purchases and a preferential rate on venue hire
• Attending pre-match lunches held before each 1^st XV home league fixture

There is no set amount for your VP donation, which we leave to personal choice and individual circumstance.  As a guideline, the benefits equate to our Casual Playing Membership subscription which, for season 2021/22, remains at £180 per annum (or £15 per month, if paying by Direct Debit).

For those who prefer to pay by cheque, please make out to LBRFC Ltd, place in a sealed envelope addressed to: “VP Representative”, attached to your Application Form. You can pay online by following the instructions here either monthly payments on one off annual payments.
